Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective September 25, 2026
This is our consumer health data privacy policy under Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). It applies to Postor LLC, doing business as LP Coaching, Strong Like Mom, and Materna Studio.
Health data we collect
Health history, injuries, medications, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum information, pelvic floor and core symptoms, body measurements and weight, nutrition information, and progress photos and videos.
Why we collect it
To provide the coaching you request, keep your training safe, adjust your program, and keep records of your health disclosures and clearance.
Where it comes from
Directly from you, through our website inquiry form, intake forms, PushPress, our coaching app, check-ins, and conversations with your coach.
Consent
We collect health data only as needed to provide the services you request, or with your consent. We share it only as needed to provide those services, or with your separate consent that names who receives it and why. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Who receives it
These service providers process health data only on our behalf, to deliver our services:
- PushPress (booking, billing, intake and waiver forms)
- Trainerize (coaching app, programs, check-ins, photos, videos, messages)
- Netlify (website inquiry form)
- Google Workspace (email and client records)
- Meta, Zapier, and Google Sheets (answers you submit on Facebook lead forms)
We do not sell health data and do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your health data, get a copy of it along with a list of the third parties who received it, withdraw consent, or delete it. Email coach@postorcoaching.com with the subject "Health Data Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days if needed. When we delete your data, we will ask our service providers to delete it too.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington Attorney General.
