Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Postor LLC, doing business as LP Coaching, Strong Like Mom, and Materna Studio ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares your information. It covers our website (postorcoaching.com), in-person and online coaching, apps we use to deliver coaching, and our emails, texts, and social media ads.
We do not sell your personal information or your health information.
2. Information we collect

Our website does not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies. We collect only what we need to coach you safely and run the business.
3. How we use your information
- Design, modify, and deliver your training and nutrition coaching safely
- Schedule sessions, manage memberships, and process payments
- Communicate with you about your program, check-ins, and account
- Keep required business, tax, and legal records, including signed waivers
- Send marketing emails or texts if you have opted in (see section 6)
- Improve our website and ads using contact details and basic website traffic, never health data without your separate consent
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect someone's safety in an emergency, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
5. Photos, videos, and testimonials
Check-in photos and form videos are seen only by your coach and used only to coach you. We never post your photos, videos, results, or testimonials, including on social media, without your separate written permission. You can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.
6. Marketing emails and texts
We send marketing emails and texts only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply. We will still send messages about your account, sessions, and program.
7. Retention and security
We keep client records, including health intake and signed waivers, while you are a client and for up to 7 years afterward for legal, tax, and liability purposes. Photos and videos are deleted within 12 months after coaching ends unless you ask us to keep them. You can ask us to delete information sooner (section 8), except records we are legally required to keep.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, such as password-protected accounts and limiting access to your coach. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.
8. Your choices and contact
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, at any time. Washington residents have additional rights over health data, described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Our services are for adults 18 and older.
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top. If we make a material change to how we use health data, we will ask for your consent first.
